Is the box up or down?
I was wondering if captains were up I have mine in storage and wanted to know before I go get it out!! I am one that hates to ask these questions but I wouldnt want to waste gas!!

so which files work I am getting mine out of storage looks like coolsat has died for now which I never would have thought captain would have better coders than the coolsat team

Captive 800
I need hellp i have captive 800 i have a weak signal, and samble channels i have tryed everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help

yea seems to work pretty good I am just missing some channels! I am sure a good ol factory reset is in order as this box has been unplugged for about a month!! Thanks Man I am glad I have this as a backup since the coolsat was down ! I am not bashing them or anything I know things happen !! I will only bash dn they came to my new home and really screwed the house up bad because the guy didn't know how to wall fish!! Since I have a slab house he thought he would drill through the side of my house and run the wires !! The problem with that is i have Dogs in the back yard and you know Dog's and cable they destoryed the wire !! The Tech tried to tell me they wouldnt mess with it and now they have to resheet rock the walls and fix the outside of my house!! I guess to sum it all up they should have re-schdulled my job for another tech that could actually do his job!! Sorry for the rant I just had to get it out!! It did get me 4 months free service as it hurt my dog he is a lab puppy 12 weeks old and he bit the wire and 20volts hit my dog and hurt him!! I know he learned his lesson about just chewing anything !! But atleaset my Dog is ok!! Thanks for the help and I know Coolsat will be back !! They arent the best box but hey if it works it works!! God Bless I am out goodnight!
