Missing channels neusat to captain
This newbie converted from neusat 9000hd to Captain 8000hd. Have not gotten all the std. channels since. Only PPV is 509. Not sure if it is dn or bev3 or ??? I know we are down, but would appreciate any help in correcting my errors.
Also looking for any updates about neusat status !!!
Can Neusat/Captain be converted back to 9000hd if required?

Missing channels are not due to the convertion in any way you have a signal problem or switch, some sort of failure to detect the proper signals or weak or incorrect settings or wrong lnbf. Try connecting with no switches singe dish or lnb at a time. Yes captain can be put back as easily as it was changed, but why are you worried about that since we will probably never see support again from those guys.
