Buzz Plus out of Box
anyone know how to restore the Buzz back to "out of box state?" - I need to start from scratch - many thanks!

do a factory reset on the menu and put factory file on.

Buzz factory file
I have tried to load the buzz factory file 3 times and each time it loads "0 thru 100" like normal but instead of a save indication & then good indication it give me an "errrr" & re-boots with the same file that was on it still there??? - any Ideas - anyone? - thanks
