need some help

Ok, this is for any of the expert FTA users out there. I've been tweeking my motorized dish trying to get some of the sats and not having much luck. Mostly I'm trying to get Galaxy 27 and Galaxy 18 to come in. I've checked my pole and it is true to level as i can get it. What is the best way to tweak the dish to get it where it will get all the sats? Is there a reference sat i can point at to get it aligned perfectly? Also how do I go about getting transponders that are on a R and L polarization? I'd like to get some of the channels that can actually be picked up and watched.
