BB You the man!!

Hey BB!! I read over your info you gave me about setting up my dish. I did some playing around with it a while ago..and I think I'm able to get most of the sats that I can get in my area. I had to play around a bit but with your help BB I think I may have got it right. Thanks a bunch BB , you are the man!! Now I can actually find something on TV to watch, in fact I've already found a couple of things that I normally watch on DN, can't beleive there are actually "real" american channels out there that aren't scrambled.

Would you tell what sats you are pointing at, I have a 10' mesh dish, I might be able to hit with. Thank you.

Right now I'm just trying out as many of the sats I can pick up that are listed on my box. Most of what I'm picking up is comming from either the AMC sats or the Galaxy sats. A lot of the stuff is scrambled so I can't get anything but a few channels are comming in , I even found the History Channel on AMC1 as well as the Biography Channel. Like I said, right now I'm just scanning around to see what I can find. I've got a friend out in TX that said she could get me a list of other sats and the TP freq that I can manually add to the box, but she has to figure out which ones are available where I live. Most of them are South American Sats, which of course I cann't get.

I picked up my knowledge from Browngoat and th4nak8ter mostly. I just passed it along. I sure am glad you got it going though.
Enjoy it brother,
