go to the instruction and tutorial section for your receiver and read, it will walk you through it.

I know it's getting bad. That's why I suggested N2News Inform all newbies at least to check "Quick Links" > "Today's Posts" before anything else. It would just make life easier for all. "Freezing" I count 300+ questions so for reguarding the same issue.
