This is how you manually change the Keys on the Xtreme:

** FIRST OFF, YOU CAN NOT TURN AUTOROLL OFF ON THE EXTREME ** Once you have the keys
correctly entered as below, you will have audio and video, so the autoroll will stop searching for new keys.**

- Press Menu.
- Press the keypad key to your right, until you get to the menu named Advanced.
- Make sure the option "Reset Factory Settings" is highlighted.
- Press 1,2,3,4 (DO NOT PRESS OK).
- The Cas Menu appears.
- Go to Nagravision
- The first table is the DN keys. The first two sets are keys 00 and the second 2 sets is 01.
- The second table is for *** Keys. The first two sets are keys 00 and the second 2 sets is 01.
- After changing, make sure you press OK to save, and then Exit.

Last 2 buttons on the right top row are A and B. Bottom row buttons are C-F.


Your Xtreme should have at least 2 panels of keys......from row 1-8 is DN keys and from 9-16 is *** keys.

Now i am assuming your Xtreme is working on ***. U may have given him DN keys.

Row 1 is the first half of DN key 00
Row 2 is the second half of DN key 00
Row 3 is the first half of DN key 00
Row 4 is the second half of DN key 00
Row 5 is the first half of DN key 01
Row 6 is the second half of DN key 01
Row 7 is the first half of DN key 01
Row 8 is the second half of DN key 01


Row 9 is the first half of *** key 00
Row 10 is the second half of *** key 00
Row 11 is the first half of *** key 00
Row 12 is the second half of *** key 00
Row 13 is the first half of *** key 01
Row 14 is the second half of *** key 01
Row 15 is the first half of *** key 01
Row 16 is the second half of *** key 01

WebWizard's amazing Breakdown of the Xtreme keys:

first six digits are provider ids
2 common ones are 000901 and 000101

2 digit block is your key number

so first line of dn would look like this
000101 00 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
then you have the second half of key 0 looks like this
000101 10 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
then key1 looks like this
000101 01 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
second half of key 1 looks like this
000101 11 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

**** One thing to remember, yes manually entering the keys is a way of sayinig "the autoroll will be off"
