22khz are kind of old school, but very reliable. They are not to be confused with a 2x1 disqec switch. These are not 22khz tone but rather a signal that tells the switch what to do. you can use the switches that came with your fta box, or a cheita will work too. If you use a sw21, you should have 22khz off and then just input your settings in the correct port for the diseqc. as a sw21 and diseqc are the same. Make sure you have DP or OSC off as well, it should be universal type or standard. I use port 1 for my circular and my port 2 for linear sats, and of course, I have the switch between my motor and lnb. It is a sw21 now because my diseqc went bad not to long ago, but I didn't have to change any settings because they are the same protocal. Have fun bro, it sounds like your so close. BG
