its been a while but if i remember right, this should work.format the drive with the coolsat first.then unzip the file.open the file and delete anything that isnt the file(a read me or text file)transfer file to flash drive.tune to channel 100 and insert flash drive into the front usb port(the only one that it has).window shouuld pop up.hit red button.download. if that doesnt work,dont worry cause the fix should only last for a day or two anyways
(its a joke,relax).if that doesnt work use your cable and make sure that you are only loading the bin file and nothing else.good luck
