I got ******** 8, 10 (110) w/ a signal of 93% - 98% but can't find Echo 7 (119)

I have a quad dish pro lnb..... w/ my cable connect to port 1 and the another end to a viewsat pvr 7000....

My setting are as followed:

******** 7:

LNB = on
LNB Type = OCS-DP
LNB Freq = 11250
22khz= off
DiSEqC 1.0 = Port 1
Legacy SW = None

******** 8, 10

LNB = on
LNB Type = OCS-DP
LNB Freq = 11250
22khz= off
DiSEqC 1.0 = Port 3
Legacy SW = None

please help!!!!

What should I do next?
